- Before Delivery: Full refund available if you cancel before we begin work on your order

- Significant Errors: Refund or re-delivery if there are significant errors in your birth chart data entry (must be reported within 7 days)
2.2 Services NOT Eligible for Refund
- After delivery of astrology reading or report
- After custom audio files have been created and delivered
- Dissatisfaction with astrological interpretations (readings are subjective)
- Change of mind after service has been provided
- Incorrect birth information provided by customer
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Before Work Begins
You may cancel your order for a full refund if:
- You contact us within 24 hours of purchase, AND
- We have not yet started working on your personalized service
3.2 After Work Has Started
Once we begin creating your personalized content:
- Birth Chart Analysis: No refund after analysis begins
- Custom Audio Files: 50% refund if cancelled before completion
- Consultations: No refund once scheduled
4. Refund Process

If you discover an error in the birth data you provided AFTER receiving your reading:
- One free correction within 7 days of delivery
- Additional corrections may incur a fee (50% of original service price)
5.2 Service Quality Issues
If you experience issues with audio file quality or technical delivery problems, we will:
- Re-deliver the product at no charge, OR
- Provide a full refund
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Extreme Delays
If your order is delayed beyond our stated delivery timeframe by more than 14 days due to our error, you may request:
- A full refund, OR
- A discount on a future purchase
6.2 Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, technical failures, etc.). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
